Palin Brings Feminism to Republicans and Christians

In case it was unclear, Sarah Palin is a "card-carrying feminist", excluding only abortion. Yet religious and Christian conservatives still praise her and claim the republican party is their party, although there is some growing dissent.

No longer can Rush Limbaugh talk of the radical "Femi-nazis" then without including republican VP candidate Palin in that monologue, can he? But feminism includes more than just abortion rights. And consider the threat of what feminism really is to society's integrity and constitution, even from a strictly secular viewpoint. For a unique critique on feminism see this article which says in part:

...most contemporary feminism...is what Sommers has called "gender feminism," which is essentially based on a form of Marxist theory that substitutes "gender" for Marx's category of "class," or simply adds the two together, usually with "race" thrown in. There is a slow awakening of just what Palin really represents among conservative Christians. An example of such Christian dissent against Palin is represented in an article here which underlines the hypocrisy of pretending she is "conservative" or even Christian in representation, even while the political left consider her a threat:

For years, conservative Christians have been outspoken in their opposition to the political vision of the radical feminist movement. Now they are supporting a woman for the second highest office in the land who is a self-identified feminist who wants to make feminist objectives a part of her political agenda.

What you hear alot of on talk radio (Rush, Hannity, et al) is that Feminism is being redefined, for Palin, as if only for those women who are pro-abortion rights. That is purposely misleading and intellectually dishonest, what can be called pure propaganda.

PALIN IS A POTENTIAL LIABILITY FOR MCCAIN AMONG CONSERVATIVES

If the dissent grows among Christian conservatives this could potentially then cost McCain losing at least a portion of his conservative base (which never liked him) more than helping him as perhaps he thought! Palin could be McCain's downfall.

If McCain is losing "moderate republicans" and now part of the conservative base (who might not vote, or vote for Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party), it will be impossible for him to win. Yet the better national polls show it very close, apparently meaning that conservatives have not yet left him. But could this account for some of the closing gap between McCain and Obama in West Virginia?

McCain: It's Not His Age, It's His Dishonesty

...and incompetence. Would any rational person be this inconsistent? Or maybe it's his memory. Naw...

Republicans should be ashamed that he is their virtual nominee. (No, this is not an endorsement of Hillary or Obama, either).

Since every candidate must swear to defend and protect the Constitution of West Virginia and of the United States, think about who WILL defend the Bill of Rights the most, that ensures our freedoms, that we are losing!

--Ron Paul (R) for President, still in race, will increase delegates for voice in national convention; strict Constitutionalist, most conservative member of Congress on taxes and gun rights, limited government, personal liberty. [McCain is a RINO neoconservative (not conservative), deceives on war hero status, does not uphold the Constitution, blindly loyal to Israel, McCain-Feingold on illegal immigration, Keating Five member, megalomaniac on war policy, CFR member (world government), wants National ID, etc.]

--Edward Burgess for Delegate (R) St. Albans--strict Constitutionalist, activist

--Bob Bastress for Supreme Court (D)--only expert on the West Virginia Constitution. This is important since many issues of the state could involve controversies on the State and Federal Constitutions; i.e. mandatory drug testing, REAL ID, surveillance cameras, PATRIOT ACT powers, mandatory vaccination laws, home schooling, free speech issues, a rogue Legislature and Governor that trample the Constitution(s) through laws and executive power (e.g. tables games, privacy rights, private property rights, law enforcement powers, etc.)

--Dan Greear for Attorney General (R)--Law education, seems intellectually honest rather than partisan as top prosecutor.

--Corey Polumbo for Senate (D)--lawyer, intellectually honest, open, admitted table games were likely not Constitutional (but voted at the end for it anyway, glaring inconsistency; better be his last)

--ABSOLUTELY NO on Shelly Moore Capito (R) for US House of Reps--did not defend and uphold the Constitution on REAL ID, USA PATRIOT ACT, Military Commissions Act, domestic surveillance, unjustifiable Iraq and Afghan wars (for neocon regime change, not threats to US), gross overspending of tax dollars, Abramoff (convicted) recipient, Scooter Libby (convicted) supporter, partisan instead of Constitutional, lack of oversight in Page incident, little evidence of weighing constituents views contrary to party loyalty, liberal on social issues (abortion, government health care), not strict enough on 2nd amendment rights.

--VOTE AGAINST MANCHIN FOR GOVERNOR, who does not uphold the Constitution on REAL ID (4th and 10th amendments), free speech (signed unconstitutional ethics legislation in first month; threatened, intimidated Blankenship who ran ads against him, settled out of court), violated State Constitution on table games, 4th amendment privacy rights (favors mandatory drug testing; traffic surveillance cameras across state began in late 2007), heavy taxation (WV ranked 4th in total taxes as fraction of population income, with high food stamp population, highest State gas tax, corrupt anti-constitutional casino game tax scheme; credits himself on food tax, but resisted it, forced it to be gradual only; state is rich in revenue while people are comparatively poor), is partisan instead of law and issue oriented, political ambitions over good of West Virginians, arrogant (self made inaugural parade) and extravagant (Christmas parties at state expense, Gov. Push Congress on Enumerated Powers Act to Restrain Federal Power

Restrain the government within the Constitution! This powerful proposed law would require Congress to explain (i.e. enumerate) where in the Constitution the proposed legislation is authorized. Consider their inability to justify REAL ID, PATRIOT ACT, Military Commissions Act, domestic spying, and even War with Iraq (without a declaration of war)! This law has the power to REFORM THE CORRUPTED LEGISLATIVE PROCESS TO FORCE CONSIDERATION OF THE CONSTITUTION AS SUPREME LAW.

Bi-Partisan Opposition in Pennsylvania to REAL ID Seeks to Block Implementation

Pennsylvania also, like West Virginia, presently has bi-partisan legislation pending against REAL ID to prevent its implementation.

As the article points out this unusual bi-partisan coalition is mirrored at the national level where groups as diverse as the ACLU and American Center for Law and Justice (as well as National Rifle Association) are all finding common ground in the Constitution to defend their rights to privacy and state's rights against government intrusion. As in West Virginia, it can be seen that republicans have taken up the cause in their respective legislatures and become among the most vocal in opposition.

Note the name of the Senate bill introduced in Pennsylvania and the detailing of what "biometric" and "economic" measures are to be kept private from government intrusion (bills linked in clip):

Any governor that does not see the strength and broadness of this movement, or is blind to what the Constitution limits government from doing, will probably find bipartisan opposition to their re-election as well.

Babette Josephs, a liberal Philadelphia Democrat, are sponsoring a bill that would block REAL ID in Pennsylvania. "The potential for identity theft is gigantic, unbelievable," Rohrer said. West Virginia Senate Bill Against REAL ID Passes, DMV and Governor Manchin Opposes

How the governor can oppose a bill that upholds the Constitution of West Virginia as well as the U.S. (see REAL ID info at top of blog) is beyond the scope of reason or justification. This bill has bi-partisan support and only OUTSIDE PRESSURE from Homeland Security and the "security merchandisers" (who profit from REAL ID at the expense of citizen's liberties), who also might play an influencing role in the governor's personal political ambitions, could be the possible agents of opposition. It is has been introduced in the House but taken a detour to a transportation committee (to be leaned on by the DMV most likely).

The governor has sworn to uphold both the State and Federal Constitutions (including 4th and 10th Amendments) and so have the legislators. They are therefore duty bound by law to support and sign this important legislation, without amendment, and IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE FEDERAL DEADLINE, to ensure that "Mountaineers are always free" from federal or state despotism, under the "plea of necessity". Is the governor against our liberty and freedom, and the Constitution? Over 17 States have passed legislation against the REAL ID Act. Most recently Montana rejected it, and the Democrat governor of Montana has been vocal about a full rebellion by the states, collectively, against it! How does the Daily Mail call this "long odds" with all this opposition, and only "three dissenting votes"?

Hats off to the Republicans in particular, like Senators Vic Sprouse (who co-sponsored Senate bill 248) and Clark Barnes, who are finally leading republicans in beginning to defend "individual liberty" and the Constitution, consistent with the republican platform. This also demonstrates a clear case where Rep. Shelly Moore Capito was wrong in supporting this unconstitutional federal legislation, which was coerced through by craft under another measure. Democrats have usually defended (constitutional) privacy rights in particular, and should help turn the Governor back to Constitutional restraints on government, which have been eroding in West Virginia as privacy has been trumped by surveillance propagandists and Mayors and County Commissioners who are pushing tyrannical "security" measures.

McCain's Fortunes and Family Tied to Mob--Jerome Corsi Warns Republicans

Jerome Corsi (a conservative unlike the New York Times, interviewed several times on WCHS 58Live local talk radio) in World Net Daily reveals some important and relevant background of the Arizona Senator who pretends to be a champion of ethics and accountability of government, while his own past has many skeletons, some with flesh still on them.

A general defense could be suggested by many that this was merely the rebellion provoked by the Federal government, therefore justifiable in the eyes of many, from days of Prohibition of alcohol, which irrational laws were later repealed. However, this defense will not wash in regard to the Arizona organized crime syndicate created (which bomb-murdered an Arizona Republic reporter, per this article), or the Arizona Savings and Loan Scandal, which overthrew almost every bank in the Southwest and reorganized them under national chains (e.g. Bank of America, et al), and his identity as one of the "Keating Five" tied to the fraud charges in that crisis. His marriage to his present mob-boss-daughter wife cements these suspicious ties, as this article documents partially as well.

Bottom line is that McCain is neither a war hero (see previous articles below) , nor a champion of ethics in Washington. So why are republicans (despite even Rush Limbaugh's earlier open rebellion and complaint) circling the wagons against all justifiable criticisms (see previous posts) against his Constitutional qualifications and "moderate" track record (in truth no different than George W. Bush's), his ethics and all these skeletons in his closet, as if they must approve and stand behind him no matter what? Where is the just criticism that the republican party establishment "has left republican principles" behind? At what point should the republican electorate break with the nominee, because of corrupt principles? How can the "lesser of two evils", not be evil indeed?

The leftist neoconservatives have hijacked the republican party, and McCain is just more evidence of same, who is NO DIFFERENT than George W. Bush (do recall that GHWB was considered "liberal" to Reagan followers), Giuliani (whose closest friend Bernard Kerik also had mob ties), or the fraudulent paper-conservatives Wilford Milton Romney and Mike Huckabee. How long does the label "republican" blind everyone to the truth despite the evidence? In actuality, Ron Paul was the only real republican (per Cal Thomas) in both principle and documented record, which the establishment resists to the electorate's harm.

The writer of this article, Dr. Jerome Corsi, bears record of this infiltation and hijacking of the Republican party, is involved in the Constitution Party, and has also written against the North American Union ("Bush Sneaking in North American Super-state") and dangerous usurpations of George W. McCain was not born in the U.S.. It would be stupid for the republicans to nominate a candidate that could be Constitutionally invalid or challenged. Funny though, while dissatisfied, the pundits are defending him. Why? Romney is still in the wings....unless maybe they do not want to win the White House. Seems like the powers that be are making certain that a Democrat will be next in the White House, to fool the people that change will take place. It was always Democrats who led the U.S. into World Wars, every time, while promising not to.

The case of Goldwater in the article is not as strong as the argument against McCain, because Arizona was a US territory, and under governance.

If you think about it, McCain is less qualified that an illegal immigrant's child who was brought across the border for its birth!

Bush 41: "Read My Lips", McCain is True Conservative

Both Bush 41 and 43 have now have supported McCain (see previous article below), while republicans protest McCain. As we mentioned before, there is little difference between McCain and GWB or GHWB in substance, but republicans have never complained before. Just more evidence that republican party is destroyed, has no firm principles. The neocons, building largely around a blueprint for "global hegemony", and domestic Security State, under a pretense of a "war on terrorism", have seized control.

It is no longer just Ron Paul supporters that feel disenfranchised from broken platform that claims to hold to limited, constitutional government, and defense of individual liberty. Now mainstream republicans are talking about not voting, or going independent--something considered a political blasphemy until now. What goes around....

Bush: McCain is "True Conservative", just like him

There you have it. While republicans complain (justly) about McCain, he is no different than Bush in substance, but we never heard that was a problem!

Neither were the other CFR republican candidates traditional conservatives, especially Giuliani (whom Senator Vic Sprouse supported), and neither was Romney (whom the GOP state chairman supported) or Huckabee (whom alot of naive christians supported). McCain will represent well the neoconservatives that republicans have refused to criticize during the Bush administration, for he still holds to the same unjust war radical ideology consistent with the Project for a New American Century for a "new middle east" and "global hegemony".

The neo-republicans then have no just basis for criticism since they abandoned and cast off traditional republican ideology for neoconservatism. In their criticism and ostracism of Ron Paul they have demonstrated their disdain for the Constitution, limited government, individual liberty, low taxation (failing to join to abolish the Income Tax, which would be the greatest economic incentive program in American history), and still prop-up the Paternal Security State while condemning the democratic socialists Nanny State--both of which destroy "individual liberty", the forgotten plank of the republican platform!

The West Virginia GOP party corrupted itself when it adopted, under pretext of 9/11, absolute, unconditional support for George W. Bush, particularly on foreign policy and economics (abandoning limited government for now a trillion dollar budget!), rather than the Constitution or the Christian principles of limited "just war" conditions.

Republicans need to stop whining about McCain unless they see and criticize the exact same pattern in George W. Bush and the entire neoconservative agenda. McCain is no principled republican conservative, but is in the image and likeness of Bush himself. Partisan loyalty and superficial labels are self-blinding to reality and republicans should wake up to these facts.

West Virginia's republican convention will be first to announce its nomination results on Super Tuesday. Ron Paul is scheduled to speak first, yet the very bias 58Live hosts, Rick Johnson and Mike Agnello, give almost no mention of the most conservative candidate. Local media bias and fear of objective commentary about Ron Paul, a serious contender here, is sickening and contrary to the public interest of open and honest debate.

Chairman Fish says the greatest thing about Tuesday’s convention is the message West Virginia Republicans will send to voters in more than 20 states who will be voting or caucusing as part of Super Tuesday. More than half of the delegates at Tuesday's state Republican Presidential Convention are going into the event undecided. Convention Chairman Bob Fish says 62 percent either declared uncommitted earlier or no longer have a candidate in the process. He says there will be 1,207 delegates in attendance. "We will be the first state giving results on Super Tuesday," Fish said.

McCain as President Would be a Megalomaniac

The "maverick" McCain appears to have changed his positions in light of personal ambitions, which also smacks of Willard Milton Romney. This formerly tortured POW (something that psychologists testify of full well leads to a corresponding pathological abuse of others in return) could become a global megalomaniac that would make Bush look like a pacifist, hard as it is to imagine. The neocons, from the left originally, will love him.

To hear McCain tell it, there is apparently no crisis anywhere in the world that cannot be resolved by the presence of U.S. armed forces. This full-throated, high-handed interventionism is a long way from the hard-headed realism of the young congressman who challenged the disastrous decision to send peacekeepers to Lebanon by asking, “What peace?” Prefiguring the revolutionary Jacobinism of Bush’s second inaugural address, which proclaimed the goal of U.S. foreign policy to be “ending tyranny in our world,” McCain was straining at the bit to launch a global crusade the U.S. will surely start new wars, and not just in the Middle East.

All speak as if it is America’s right and duty to station its armed forces over much of the world. All have embraced neoconservative paranoia about the “threat” posed by Iran, setting the table for another war. All, that is, except Dr. Paul. Ron Paul has been a breath of fresh air in an otherwise desultory Republican campaign. He alone understands that the ever expanding federal government is a far greater threat to American liberty than some tinpot dictator in the Caucasus.
