The Truth About Iran's Nuclear Weapons Program and Their "Threat to Israel"

Let us begin this subject and take an objective look at the issue of Iran developing nuclear technology, and allegedly nuclear weapons, and particularly its politicization by the propagandists, the media and also as a subject in the recent Republican Primary debates.  It will not be difficult to prove that this is an issue that has been pushed by powerful groups to the front of political controversy, incessantly, for over four years now.  Since it is now absolutely clear to unbias and rational minds that the alleged "WMD threat" in Iraq was a deliberate fraud, sold by the neoconservative Bush administration and Israeli Lobby, but also propagated, parroted and fanned by (the apparently very bias) American media (including all major networks and Washington Post in particular) it behooves Americans to fact-check what today is being forced upon us about Iran as if we do not have the duty or capacity to think critically about what we hear.

Let us resolve not to let the White House, media, or special political interest groups (under the auspices of "intelligence agencies") talk us into another $1 Trillion dollar war against only a propagandized and rhetorical threat, to fulfill a neoconservative agenda in the Middle East (for Israel), especially during a time of financial and government-fiscal crisis (which by the way also sparked the steady increase in oil and gas prices, which led to unbounded inflation of food and consumer prices too).

Wherever there is the power of political-correctness (a pretended majority opinion generated through media perceptions) there is a social tyranny.  Objective truth based upon hard evidence and sober thinking is the enemy of Political Correctness and also of the easily manipulated multitudes in our entertainment-driven and shallow society that wants the packaged intellectual food of McNews for its diet.  (Americans are not only obese physically but have a bad intellectual diet as well.  Read the ingredients of either before buying or swallowing!).

The recent article below from Media Matters' Political Correction blog explains perfectly the new propaganda strategy of the Israeli Lobby and neoconservatives in terms of painting (what they really fear) a more truthful picture of what Iran might actually do with its nuclear technology--i.e. not to seek to "wipe Israel off the map" (exactly what Iran has been saying they would do, nothing aggressive).  The neoconservatives and Israeli Lobby, in other words, are suddenly very afraid of the truth that their fear-mongering and alarmist propaganda about Iran will be discredited as blatant lies as much as the lies about WMD in Iraq.

Suddenly the struggle to stop Iran is not about saving Israel from nuclear annihilation. After a decade of scare-mongering about the second coming of Nazi Germany, the Iran hawks are admitting that they have other reasons for wanting to take out Iran, and saving Israeli lives may not be one of them. Suddenly the neoconservatives have discovered the concept of truth-telling, although, no doubt, the shift will be ephemeral.

The shift in the rationale for war was kicked off this week when Danielle Pletka, head of the American Enterprise Institute's (AEI) foreign policy shop and one of the most prominent neoconservatives in Washington, explained what the current obsession with Iran's nuclear program is all about.

The biggest problem for the United States is not Iran getting a nuclear weapon and testing it, it's Iran getting a nuclear weapon and not using it. Because the second that they have one and they don't do anything bad, all of the naysayers are going to come back and say, "See, we told you Iran is a responsible power. We told you Iran wasn't getting nuclear weapons in order to use them immediately." ... And they will eventually define Iran with nuclear weapons as not a problem.

Hold on. The "biggest problem" with Iran getting a nuclear weapon is not that Iranians will use it but that they won't use it and that they might behave like a "responsible power"? But what about the hysteria about a second Holocaust? What about Prime Minister Netanyahu's assertion that this is 1938 and Hitler is on the march? What about all of these pronouncements that Iran must be prevented from developing a nuclear weapons because the apocalyptic mullahs would happily commit national suicide in order to destroy Israel? And what about AIPAC and its satellites, which produce one sanctions bill after another (all dutifully passed by Congress) because of the "existential threat" that Iran poses to Israel? Did Pletka lose her talking points?
Apparently not.

Pletka's "never mind" about the imminent danger of an Iranian bomb seems to be the new line from the bastion of neoconservativism.  

Against Israel's War on Gaza: The Censored Christian View

This short video from Rev. Ted Pike of National Prayer Network (who also lobbies against Hate Crime laws) presents an alternative and more historically correct Christian view of Israel, the Jews, and the recent Israeli war with Gaza and Hamas, from a standpoint consistent with the teachings of the Bible. Needless to say you will not hear this view from Michael Agnello on 58Live Talk Radio in Charleston, nor from John Hagee of Christians United for Israel (CUFI; see Bill Moyer's Journal on it's powerful influence on Congress), nor from nominal Christian politicians including George W. Bush or Barack Obama (whose Chief of Staff is Rahm Israel Emanuel). Nevertheless this is the more historically held Christian view, with some slight variations. (This is not necessarily an endorsement of all of Ted Pike's theology or political views).

Unfortunately, this historically held view was been drowned out and overcome by the infiltration of the early 20th century novel teaching of Christian Zionism which was largely started by Cyrus Scofield (and his new Bible) at Dallas Theological Seminary and promoted in the political agenda of the late "religious right", whose most formidable leaders (Jerry Falwell and D. James Kennedy) have died during the last two years.

Professing Christians and churches in particular should review this presentation and reconsider their position on modern Israel, including its re-establishment and subsequent wars. Many claim that "Christians must support Israel" (confusing the historic biblical nation with the modern secular state) and say incessantly in defense of Israel that "the Jews are God's chosen people" and quote verses (out of context) that say "pray for the peace of Jerusalem" as if this alone is the scriptural basis for unqualified, absolute, and even a "divine right" of Israel to exist, and even for them to make war upon whatever pretext, frequently branding Palestinians and all Arab nations in total as "terrorists". This is the view that the neoconservative "war party" (many of whom are Jewish) and the powerful AIPAC Lobby do not want political Christians to believe, because it threatens their propaganda which has been so effective in creating a new perpetual "war on terrorism" (justified by 9/11) largely centering on the middle east which coincidentally fits so well with the agenda for a "Greater Israel".

By the way, this historic Christian view is virtually consistent with Orthodox Jews who also oppose Zionism and the State of Israel on similar religious grounds, whose public protests against Israel's war and blockade of Gaza never seem to make the mainstream news no matter their numbers! (The same also met with President Ahmadinejad of Iran, whom neocon propagandists describe as "Hitler").

After seeing this video it will become apparent that the superficially based belief of Christian Zionism and unqualified support for the modern state of Israel is in contradiction with both Scripture and reason if one is intellectually honest and has a high view of the Bible's authority.

Obama Plays to AIPAC on Iran--Any Real "Change" Here?

"There's no greater threat to Israel or to the peace and stability of the region than Iran"

Obama speaks to his most powerful "constituents" (actually unregistered agents of a foreign government)--The Lobby. Parroting the propaganda he refers to Iran as a "regime" and a "grave threat" in the neoconservative nomenclature. Gas prices will certainly continue to rise on this speech, as his words demonstrate NO CHANGE in entangling alliances with Israel, bowing to the Lobby, and continuing the neocon agenda, at least at first glance. Oil futures will continue to climb on war fears as this middle east policy based upon nothing but propaganda about Iran continues. He may say "diplomacy" but they can make him go to war, and will, through stealth provocations or false-flag events--"like a new Pearl Harbor" or another Gulf of Tonkin fabrication.

It is interesting the MSM in this article attempts to pin certain words and meanings to his words, as if to "eliminate" Iran itself. The word "everything" appears to mean including war and this article seems to try to get him to sign the Zionist contract with AIPAC by his own words. Are they reporting or influencing? He does say this toward the end, "If it is in the interest of the United States" --maybe it is a hint of subtle resistance to the most powerful Lobby to which most of Washington bows.

Meanwhile you will be paying over $4.00 per gallon at the pump, and even higher this summer, until this war-mongering neoconservative agenda for a "new middle east" is stopped and the imperial forces of Democracy withdrawn.

This is now about a month old, but bears posting since it was mentioned recently on 58 Live talk radio in passing by Rick Johnson in an interview about 9/11, Israel, and the Iraq war. Note that it "included information on nuclear weaponry" in the arrest of Ben-Ami Kadish, a Jewish American who holds dual citizenry to Israel as well. Now isn't this the same type of information we are constantly told "could get into the hands of terrorists"?.

This American's loyalty was obviously to Israel (read the story), not the U.S.. Many of the neoconservatives are Jewish dual-citizens and radical Zionists similarly, which should put the subject of dual citizenship (American and Israeli) squarely on the table as far as trustworthiness when it comes to officials in their acting capacities within U.S. government, irregardless of political party or administration. It was Netanyahu who recently (see article below) stated publicly, again, that 9/11 and the Iraq War were good in that they benefited Israel. For those who consider such talk as "anti-semitic", consider the article of Patrick Buchanan (an insider conservative who has served republican presidents) "Who's War?", and his response to the same libel that is used to dismiss legitimate criticism about the neoconservatives:

This spying is treason! It was not that long ago that we heard about Larry Franklin, haunting the neoconservatives' Office of Special Plans (created to circumvent CIA and other intelligence to justify war), whom the FBI indicted and convicted. An article "Israeli Spying: The Mother of all Scandals", summarized his case this way:

Two years into an investigation of AIPAC’s possible role as a spy front for Israel, Larry Franklin, a mid-level Pentagon Analyst is observed by the FBI giving classified information to two officials of AIPAC suspected of being Israeli spies. AIPAC hires lawyer Nathan Lewin to handle their legal defense, the same lawyer who defended suspected Israeli spy Stephen Bryen in 1978.

Larry Franklin worked in the Pentagon Office of Special Plans, run by Richard Perle, at the time Perle (who was caught giving classified information to Israel back in 1970) was insisting that Iraq was crawling with weapons of mass destruction requiring the United States to invade and conquer Iraq.

That same article documents the long train of Israeli spy activity in the U.S.:

Pollard is hardly the only Israeli spy operating in the United States. He just had the misfortune to get caught. Here are just a few examples of the Israeli spy operations that have been detected.

1947. Information collected by the ADL in its spy operations on US citizens is used by the House Select Committee on Unamerican Activities. Subcommittee Chair Clare Hoffman dismisses the ADL’s reports on suspected communists as “hearsay."

1950 John Davitt, former chief of the Justice Department's internal security section notes that the Israeli intelligence service is the second most active in the United States after the Soviets.

1954 A hidden microphone planted by the Israelis is discovered in the Office of the US Ambassador in Tel Aviv.

1956 Telephone taps are found connected to two telephones in the residence of the US military attaché in Tel Aviv.

1954 "The Lavon Affair". Israeli agents recruit Egyptian citizens of Jewish descent to bomb Western targets in Egypt, and plant evidence to frame Arabs, in an apparent attempt to upset US-Egyptian relations. Israeli defense minister Pinchas Lavon is eventually removed from office, though many think real responsibility lay with David Ben-Gurion.

1965 Israel apparently illegally obtains enriched uranium from NUMEC Corporation. (Washington Post, 6/5/86, Charles R. Babcock, "US an Intelligence Target of the Israelis, Officials Say.")

1967 Israel attacks the USS Liberty, an intelligence gathering vessel flying a US flag, killing 34 crew members. See "Assault on the Liberty," by James M. Ennes, Jr. (Random House). In 2004, Captain Ward Boston, Senior Legal Counsel for the Navy’s Court of Inquiry into the attack swears under oath that President Lyndon Johnson ordered the investigation to conclude accident, even though the evidence indicates the attack was deliberate. Given the use by Israel of unmarked boats and planes, and the machine-gunning of USS Liberty’s lifeboats, the most likely explanation is that USS Liberty was to be sunk with all hands, with evidence left to frame Egypt for the sinking. This would have dragged the US into the war on Israel’s side.

1970 While working for Senator Henry “Scoop” Jackson, Richard Perle is caught by the FBI giving classified information to Israel. Nothing is done.

1978, Stephen Bryen, then a Senate Foreign Relations Committee staffer, is overheard in a DC hotel offering confidential documents to top Israeli military officials. Bryen obtains a lawyer, Nathan Lewin, and the case heads for the grand jury, but is mysteriously dropped. Bryen later goes to work for Richard Perle.

1979 Shin Beth [the Israeli internal security agency] tries to penetrate the US Consulate General in Jerusalem through a “Honey Trap”, using a clerical employee who was having an affair with a Jerusalem girl.

1985 The New York Times reports the FBI is aware of at least a dozen incidents in which American officials transferred classified information to the Israelis, quoting [former Assistant Director of the F.B.I.] Mr. [Raymond] Wannal. The Justice Department does not prosecute.

1985 Richard Smyth, the owner of MILCO, is indicted on charges of smuggling nuclear timing devices to Israel (Washington Post, 10/31/86).

1987 April 24 Wall Street Journal headline: "Role of Israel in Iran-Contra Scandal Won't be Explored in Detail by Panels"

1992 The Wall Street Journal reports that Israeli agents apparently tried to steal Recon Optical Inc's top-secret airborne spy-camera system.

1992 Stephen Bryen, caught offering confidential documents to Israel in 1978, is serving on board of the pro-Israeli Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs while continuing as a paid consultant -- with security clearance -- on exports of sensitive US technology.

1992 "The Samson Option," by Seymour M. Hersh reports, “Illicitly obtained intelligence was flying so voluminously from LAKAM into Israeli intelligence that a special code name, JUMBO, was added to the security markings already on the documents. There were strict orders, Ari Ben-Menashe recalled: "Anything marked JUMBO was not supposed to be discussed with your American counterparts."

1993. The ADL is caught operating a massive spying operation on critics of Israel, Arab-Americans, the San Francisco Labor Council, ILWU Local 10, Oakland Educational Association, NAACP, Irish Northern Aid, International Indian Treaty Council, the Asian Law Caucus and the San Francisco police. Data collected was sent to Israel and in some cases to South Africa. Pressure from Jewish organizations forces the city to drop the criminal case, but the ADL settles a civil lawsuit for an undisclosed sum of cash.

1995 The Defense Investigative Service circulates a memo warning US military contractors that "Israel aggressively collects [US] military and industrial technology." The report stated that Israel obtains information using "ethnic targeting, financial aggrandizement, and identification and exploitation of individual frailties" of US citizens.

1996 A General Accounting Office report "Defense Industrial Security: Weaknesses in US Security Arrangements With Foreign-Owned Defense Contractors" found that according to intelligence sources "Country A" (identified by intelligence sources as Israel, Washington Times, 2/22/96) "conducts the most aggressive espionage operation against the United States of any US ally." The Jerusalem Post (8/30/96) quoted the report, "Classified military information and sensitive military technologies are high-priority targets for the intelligence agencies of this country." The report described "An espionage operation run by the intelligence organization responsible for collecting scientific and technologic information for [Israel] paid a US government employee to obtain US classified military intelligence documents." The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs (Shawn L. Twing, April 1996) noted that this was "a reference to the 1985 arrest of Jonathan Pollard, a civilian US naval intelligence analyst who provided Israel's LAKAM [Office of Special Tasks] espionage agency an estimated 800,000 pages of classified US intelligence information."

The GAO report also noted that "Several citizens of [Israel] were caught in the United States stealing sensitive technology used in manufacturing artillery gun tubes."

1996 An Office of Naval Intelligence document, "Worldwide Challenges to Naval Strike Warfare" reported that "US technology has been acquired [by China] through Israel in the form of the Lavi fighter and possibly SAM [surface-to-air] missile technology." Jane's Defense Weekly (2/28/96) noted that "until now, the intelligence community has not openly confirmed the transfer of US technology [via Israel] to China." The report noted that this "represents a dramatic step forward for Chinese military aviation." (Flight International, 3/13/96)

1997 An Army mechanical engineer, David A. Tenenbaum, "inadvertently" gives classified military information on missile systems and armored vehicles to Israeli officials (New York Times, 2/20/97).

1997 The Washington Post reports US intelligence has intercepted a conversation in which two Israeli officials had discussed the possibility of getting a confidential letter that then-Secretary of State Warren Christopher had written to Palestinian leader Yasir Arafat. One of the Israelis, identified only as “Dov”, had commented that they may get the letter from "Mega”, the code name for Israel’s top agent inside the United States.

1997 US ambassador to Israel, Martin Indyk, complains privately to the Israeli government about heavy-handed surveillance by Israeli intelligence agents.

1997 Israeli agents place a tap on Monica Lewinsky’s phone at the Watergate and record phone sex sessions between her and President Bill Clinton. The Ken Starr report confirms that Clinton warned Lewinsky their conversations were being taped and ended the affair. At the same time, the FBI’s hunt for “Mega” is called off.

2001 It is discovered that US drug agents’ communications have been penetrated. Suspicion falls on two companies, AMDOCS and Comverse Infosys, both owned by Israelis. AMDOCS generates billing data for most US phone companies and is able to provide detailed logs of who is talking to whom. Comverse Infosys builds the tapping equipment used by law enforcement to eavesdrop on all American telephone calls, but suspicion forms that Comverse, which gets half of its research and development budget from the Israeli government, has built a back door into the system that is being exploited by Israeli intelligence and that the information gleaned on US drug interdiction efforts is finding its way to drug smugglers. The investigation by the FBI leads to the exposure of the largest foreign spy ring ever uncovered inside the United States, operated by Israel. Half of the suspected spies have been arrested when 9-11 happens. On 9-11, 5 Israelis are arrested for dancing and cheering while the World Trade Towers collapse. Supposedly employed by Urban Moving Systems, the Israelis are caught with multiple passports and a lot of cash. Two of them are later revealed to be Mossad. As witness reports track the activity of the Israelis, it emerges that they were seen at Liberty Park at the time of the first impact, suggesting a foreknowledge of what was to come. The Israelis are interrogated, and then eventually sent back to Israel. The owner of the moving company used as a cover by the Mossad agents abandons his business and flees to Israel. The United States Government then classifies all of the evidence related to the Israeli agents and their connections to 9-11. All of this is reported to the public via a four part story on Fox News by Carl Cameron. Pressure from Jewish groups, primarily AIPAC, forces Fox News to remove the story from their website. Two hours prior to the 9-11 attacks, Odigo, an Israeli company with offices just a few blocks from the World Trade Towers, receives an advance warning via the internet. The manager of the New York Office provides the FBI with the IP address of the sender of the message, but the FBI does not follow up.

2001 The FBI is investigating 5 Israeli moving companies as possible fronts for Israeli intelligence.

2001 JDL’s Irv Rubin arrested for planning to bomb a US Congressman. He dies before he can be brought to trial.

2002 The DEA issues a report that Israeli spies, posing as art students, have been trying to penetrate US Government offices.

2002 police near the Whidbey Island Naval Air Station in southern Washington State stop a suspicious truck and detain two Israelis, one of whom is illegally in the United States. The two men were driving at high speed in a Ryder rental truck, which they claimed had been used to "deliver furniture." The next day, police discovered traces of TNT and RDX military-grade plastic explosives inside the passenger cabin and on the steering wheel of the vehicle. The FBI then announces that the tests that showed explosives were “false positived” by cigarette smoke, a claim test experts say is ridiculous. Based on an alibi provided by a woman, the case is closed and the Israelis are handed over to INS to be sent back to Israel. One week later, the woman who provided the alibi vanishes.

2003 The Police Chief of Cloudcroft stops a truck speeding through a school zone. The drivers turn out to be Israelis with expired passports. Claiming to be movers, the truck contains junk furniture and several boxes. The Israelis are handed over to immigration. The contents of the boxers are not revealed to the public.

2003 Israel deploys assassination squads into other countries, including the United States. The US Government does not protest.

2004 Police near the Nuclear Fuel Services plant in Tennessee stop a truck after a three mile chase, during which the driver throws a bottle containing a strange liquid from the cab. The drivers turn out to be Israelis using fake Ids. The FBI refuses to investigate and the Israelis are released.

2004 Two Israelis try to enter Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, home to eight Trident submarines. The truck tests positive for explosives.

So does this FOX News special report, involving the arrest of Israeli spies after 9/11, which most Americans did not see:

Yes we know, and the neoconservatives (like Bill Kristol who spoke at Univ. of Charleston last night) agree, which is why a UN representative is now saying the neocons (Israel-firsters) should be investigated about 9/11 (see previous article below) . Read Netanyahu's own words below. There you have it from the mouth of radical Likudnik and personal friend of Larry Silverstein (lease owner of the WTC Towers), 9/11 and the War in Iraq benefited Israel most. Here Israel reports, you decide.

Meanwhile, the same article quotes Ahmadinejad of Iran (like millions of Americans as Zogby polls document) calling 9/11 "suspicious" and convenient for a pretext for war:

"Four or five years ago, a suspicious event occurred in New York. A building collapsed...

"Under this pretext, they [the U.S.] attacked Afghanistan and Iraq and since then, a million people have been killed only in Iraq."

Of course then Netanyahu calls him Hitler, contrary to many Rabbis, despite the fact of hundreds of thousands of Jews living in Iran, practicing their religious freely, and having representation in government. You are familiar with the propaganda by now.

The reader, however, should ask him or herself, just who benefited more from 9/11--Iran or Israel? Logic dictates the answer, and motive comes into question about just which state might really have sponsored terrorism.

Netanyahu made this same statement immediately after 9/11 as well.

"We are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq," Ma'ariv quoted the former prime minister as saying. He reportedly added that these events "swung American public opinion in our favor." Netanyahu reportedly made the comments during a conference at Bar-Ilan University on the division of Jerusalem as part of a peace deal with the Palestinians. Meanwhile, Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad cast doubt over the veracity of the September 11 attacks Thursday, calling it a pretext to invade Afghanistan and Iraq.

CUFI and Hagee Exposed: Christian Zionism is an Anti-Christian Israeli Front

At the time of this posting George W. Bush is in Israel.

Israel has a panoply of fronts in the United States as much as the alphabet has letters: ADL, AIPAC, CUFI, JINSA, AEI to name a few. To this we could also add ABC, NBC, CNN, CBS, and of course FOX, whose executives are largely Jewish (and supported the neocon's wars based upon lies into Iraq and Afghanistan), which portray Israel and defend against any criticism of such in the most bias and favorable light. Then there are the neoconservatives (many Jewish, all Zionists in ideology) of the infamous Project for New American Century (PNAC), embedded within the present administration, pentagon, and its contractors who designed the Iraq war on false pretenses, and whom the media always interview as "terrorism experts".

In addition to these political fronts and methods above the infiltrating of American Christianity by Zionist doctrine cannot be overlooked.

Bill Moyer's Journal recently had a program analyzing Christian United for Israel (CUFI) and John Hagee's Christian Zionist political front that advocates (along with the neoconservatives) a pre-emptive strike on Iran to prevent a "nuclear holocaust". Such propaganda ought to be plainly realized on the surface by its total lack of credible evidence as well as inflammatory rhetoric. Israel in Hagee has its own (false) prophet in America and it is plain to many that his teachings do not square with the Bible or historic Christian doctrine. This religious propaganda component was clearly designed to infiltrate and sway (along with doctrinal changes introduced by Cyrus I. Scofield and other dispensationalists, largely through Dallas Theological Seminary) America's christian churches, particularly with the tenants of fundamentalism, to adopting Zionist beliefs that promote a "divine right" of modern Israel and teach that the 1948 created state represents a fulfillment of prophecy preceding Christ's return. Its true design is not for religion, however, but for political indoctrination toward Zionist foreign policy and democratic ideology. The following article is a brief demonstration that the term Christian Zionism is actually an oxymoron as much as the idea of Judeo-Christian beliefs, both of which are plainly designed to subordinate Christian doctrine with Jewish-Israel supremacy. The tenants of Christian Zionism are a novelty and unique to 20th century christian churches, coincidentally rising at the same time as political Zionism (in the last 19th and early 20th century) to establish the state of Israel on the heels of two world wars (which directly led to the creation of Israel) and an emerging United Nations (the "authority" that created Israel).

In short, Christian Zionism can be seen to have been introduced to sway Christians churches into support of the Zionist agenda which has directly influenced U.S. foreign policy and military action. It is time to expose this fraud and particularly its religious pretense and gross deception as "Christian" which the following sample of evidence makes clear.

WHERE'S CHRIST IN CHRISTIAN ZIONISM?

Three in four adult Americans believes Jesus Christ was born of a virgin. Since so many Americans respect the Bible, I wonder why they aren't more jaws dropping over Christians United for Israel (CUFI)--a "Christian" Zionist group that totally lacks Christian priorities.

The following testimonial is from a Jewish student who attended a CUFI rally:

“The room essentially turned into a Mega-Church, with thousands of Christians shouting and praising God, praying for the protection, safety and prosperity of Israel and the Jewish people, and for the destruction of the enemies of America and Israel, while waving American and Israeli flags and listening to the sound of shofars being blasted. And yet the name “Jesus” was not mentioned once the entire night (emphasis mine)…By the end of the night I had met so many people who just were hugging me because I was Jewish, giving me their names and asking me to pray for them (emphasis mine), telling me I was blessed by God.”

CUFI's head, John Hagee, speaks for a "50-million strong movement". He says his TV and radio ministry reaches 99 million homes.

Hagee's followers believe he preaches a Biblical message toward the Jews. They believe that by sending millions to Israel, they are obeying God's command to "bless" the Jews. It's likely that most of these churchmen and women sincerely believe they're doing the right thing. But they have been so blinded by the platitudes and false premises of Christian Zionism that they can't even recognize Hagee's grave apostasy.

This supposed "Christian leader" believes Jews can be saved without accepting Christ. "I believe that every Jewish person who lives in the light of the Torah, which is the word of God, has a relationship with God and will come to redemption" ["San Antonio fundamentalist battles anti-Semitism," Houston Chronicle, April 30, 1988, sec. 6, pg. 1.].

In his recent book, In Defense of Israel, Hagee went even farther. In an ad for the book, he says shockingly, "Jesus did not come to earth to be the Messiah."

There was outcry over this heresy. Michael Brown, a Jewish Christian and theologian, says Hagee's book explicitly states the following heresies, "The Jewish people, as a whole, did not reject Jesus as Messiah. Jesus did not come to earth to be the Messiah. Jesus refused by word and deed to be the Messiah. The Jews cannot be blamed for not accepting what was never offered." Brown says "some believers – and even leaders! – are buying into this error hook, line, and sinker, and some have begun to teach and preach it as well."

The Union of Messianic Jewish Congregations responded to Hagee's book with "serious concerns," saying his teachings contradict biblical doctrine, undermine the testimony of Jewish followers of Jesus, and weaken the cause of Christian supporters of the Jewish people.

There was enough controversy over the book that Hagee is releasing a revised edition. He wrote a letter to address the "confusion," saying that while Jesus is the true Messiah, Christians can accept Him as the "suffering Messiah" whereas Jews will not recognize Him until He comes as the "reigning Messiah." We shouldn't judge them for their mistake.

Hagee says he hopes "we can return our focus to what I had anticipated to highlight all along, the fact that we Christians must shift from condemning the Jews for what they missed to thanking them for what they gave."

This emphasis is shared by Hagee's many followers, who increasingly idolize and romanticize Jews and Judaism, exalting Jewish law and Jewish blood perhaps even more than Israeli settlers do!

Blind to Injustice

If Christians can recognize that Hagee is wrong to say Christ is not the Messiah and that Jews do not need His saving redemption, they should also be suspicious of Christian Zionism's other premises. They should take a closer look at the real situation in Israel.

In mid-December, the Red Cross broke its normally neutral silence to speak out on life in Gaza. The Red Cross said no amount of humanitarian aid can solve the crisis, and pled for political action. "In Gaza the whole Strip is being strangled, economically speaking, life there has become a nightmare," said the director of Mideast operations.

But the United States will do nothing to force Israel to dismantle settlements or stop oppressing Palestinians--not while the Israel lobby can exert so much political pressure on Capitol Hill.

The time is long past since Christians should have started analyzing their role in this lobby. American evangelicals should question their reading of the Bible, and their definition of how to "bless" Jews. Listening to John Hagee, you'd think there was just one easy interpretation of the Bible. That's hardly true.

In December, Christian Leaders from the National Council of Churches in Australia visited Israel. Their organization includes 17 diverse member churches. The leaders reported that they "were distressed to hear Palestinians, both Christian and Muslim, relate the suffering and fear experienced daily by large numbers of their people." The church leaders "saw and heard evidence of systematic harassment, physical and psychological oppression, widespread unemployment, poverty, and economic deprivation, resulting directly or indirectly from Israeli military occupation of the West Bank."

Christians, more than any other people, are obligated to disregard power and convention and seek the truth. Without truth, there can be no justice or mercy. It's high time Christians return to the Biblical truth that no group can be called "God's chosen people" unless they practice the obedience of the father of faith, Abraham.

The term "Christian Zionism" is a lie. It is Zionist. There's nothing Christian about it.

Giuliani's Neocon Advisor Copies Pharoah's Birth Policy

Ironic, this neoconservative policy is precisely the thinking and policy of Pharaoh of Egypt (see Exodus 1) and why he ordered the extermination of all newborn male children of Israel (the Hebrews), whose temporary asylum from famine had become slavish captivity! Pharaoh too was threatened by the dominance of Israeli births compared to the Egyptians.

Herod also applied the same much later in Israel because he considered the sages' notice of a birth of a prophesied future King , with a sign of a star, to be a threat to his kingdom, whereafter Luke records for us a similar genocide in his "pre-emptive strike" to prevent future rivals. Such is the nature of power-mongers and tyrants.

A perfect example to show who really is the tyrant and who is the oppressed in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This also demonstrates the true nature of Zionism (an Israeli "divine right" of possession) and just who and what kind of people the neoconservatives really are, and the kind of advisers surrounding Giuliani.

There are also those who advocate population reductions, including in America, on the same grounds, and push women to not have children, or too many, and push birth control products onto them, just a more subtle way of accomplishing similar agendas.

He said that Arab birth rates are a "threat" to Israel's "political sovereignty and territorial integrity" and came out for a policy aimed at curbing subsidies to large families, thereby limiting Arab birth rates in the Jewish state. It's hard not to describe this attitude as racist. Does Rudy Giuliani endorse such family-planning policies?

U.S. Threatens an Israeli Attack on Iran, Cause British to Retreat From Investigation

The Pentagon is reluctant to take military action against Iran, but officials say that Israel is a “different matter”. Amid the international uproar, British MPs who were to have toured the nuclear facility were backing out of their Iran trip. srael responded by serving notice that it would not tolerate a nuclear Iran. The US and Western allies believe that Iran is using its civilian nuclear programme as a cover for weapon development. Tehran says that it merely wants to generate electricity.

After this article loaded with propaganda let us set the record straight.

Israel possesses a nuclear arsenal supplied by the U.S.. Iran does not. Israel has attacked Lebanon and Syria. Iran has never attacked anyone. The U.S. has attacked Iraq and Afghanistan on false pretenses (9/11 and WMD, respectively). Iran is developing nuclear power, not nuclear weapons. Iran has a right to self defense. Iran has never, repeat never, threatened to militarily attack Israel, only rejected the political legitimacy of the Zionist state arbitrarily carved out of Palestine by the UN under pressure of WWII. (Erased from a political map, not bombed into annihilation). Yet the "liberal" corporate media (with Jewish bosses in their boardrooms), and talk radio neocon sycophants, do not want you to know these naked facts, but fully support the Israeli, neoconservative, Bush-Cheney rhetoric of Iran starting a "nuclear holocaust"--a pack of blatant lies just like WMD in Iraq.

Israel it appears will start this war, and the neocon Bush-Cheney administration wants them to before their term is up. (Recall the news leak last month that Cheney had talked secretly to Israel about attacking Iran, since the U.S. politically could not). After all war time always has improved political ratings, crushes dissent, and also and could give the neo-republicans (and Israel-firsters) a boost over Ron Paul and the rest (although the Israeli lobby, whose agents are charged with espionage, have Hillary and Obama in their pockets as well).

An important thing to note from article above. This statement shows the motive of this saber-rattling U.S. statement which threatens to not be able to control its leashless, maniacal pit bull for "democracy" in the middle east:

"Amid the international uproar, British MPs who were to have toured the nuclear facility were backing out of their Iran trip."

In other words, the U.S. making this statement about an uncontrollable Israel (right) causes the British MPs, who wanted to "see for themselves what Iran is up to" in these nuclear facilities, to be driven away in fear so that no one from Britain can refute the false claim they are developing nuclear weapons. They know that Israel just might strike and kill them while they are there--anything to hide the truth and start the war.

No doubt the U.S. would claim to be "compelled" to help its "ally" (that spies on it consistently, including during 9/11 and recently, which is in secret league with the neoconservatives controlling the Executive branch and Pentagon via Cheney) and your local National Guard (who thought they would be just "weekend warriors") could be deployed again, and some return in body bags.

Mark that this can no longer be called a "war on terrorism". It is a blatant war for imperialism. It is not a war against "Islamic jihadists". It is a neoconservative Democratic jihad for their "new middle east" which they are hasty to continue before they are stopped. Iran is no more a threat than was Iraq and Saddam Hussein. Again we are hearing of WMD which is only words of mass deception. Yet 51 percent of Americans, through lies and propaganda, "approve" of a military strike on Iran (if we are to believe the infallible "independent" pollsters to people who watch American Idol and football)? The only ones with power to "threaten WWIII" is not Iran, but the Cheney-Bush administration and Israel. Iraq may have tolerated the bombing of their nuclear facility, but Iran will not, and the neocons are eager to spark their "Clash of Civilizations", to overthrow Iran, again, or even decimate it entirely, knowing that Iran will fight to the end, and tempt Russia to enter. This is not merely this writer's opinion, but the published plan of the neoconservative Project for a New American Century and its “blueprint for maintaining global US preeminence, precluding the rise of a great power rival, and shaping the international security order in line with American principles and interests.”

"War is (indeed) hell" when you do not follow the exclusively defensive "just war" principles that authentic (protestant) Christian churches used to teach, historically, instead of the neo-Christianity of the neo-republicans that follow the imperialistic traditions of pagans and Popes to establish their novus ordo seclorum (new world order) for a PAX AMERICANA. The neocons called this "benevolent global hegemony", but it is evident that "benevolent" is collateral damage, and the course is one of raw power. It is up to Congress and the American people, or the military brass (which pledged oaths to the Constitution, not a president, and have powers of martial arrest over Executive usurpers and rogue megalomaniacs) to stop this Israeli-Neocon war conspiracy before another Iraq begins, killing another 655,000-plus middle easterners who have never attacked the United States.

Raising an Inquisition: The Truth about "Home Grown Terrorists" Legislation

This warning makes many good and sober points, and shows that "hate crime" legislation is just the precursor of this bill which passed the House and Joseph Lieberman (note that) is crafting for the Senate, and that the Jewish ADL lobbyists are the ones driving this Inquisitional agenda. It also demonstrates the ADL influence on the FBI's training, and the FBI's direct involvement in "entrappment" schemes that then become "terrorist" news.

IN SEARCH OF 'HOMEGROWN TERRORISTS'

The House of Representatives passed H.R. 1955 on Oct. 24, approving the creation of a federal commission to study prevention of "home-grown terrorism." The bill says this threat, leading to acts of violence against the US government and its citizens, pervades the internet and streams its propaganda incessantly to Americans. This bill will supposedly prevent Americans from being enticed by "extremism" and "radicalized" to commit bias-motivated violence. H. R. 1955 implies that the government should proactively educate the public against "extremist" individuals and organizations, until their threat is "eradicated."

H. R. 1955 includes as "homegrown terrorists" foreign conspirators who primarily live and operate in the US. Yet they are not its main concern. On the surface, this bill opposes radicalization of Muslims living in America (probably from terrorist websites originating in the Mideast). But there is little evidence that many American Muslims are dangerously influenced by such propaganda.

What's the real target of this thought control bill? Hundreds of thousands of Americans are daily influenced to think critically about Zionist control and influence by a number of internet radio networks, including Genesis and Republic. H.R. 1955 is an attempt to silence burgeoning anti-Zionist talk radio, which streams worldwide in ever-increasing competition to Jewish media.

Who "Radicalizes" America?

I wanted to learn more about the "serious national problem" which prompted action from all but six House members and preoccupies Senate hearings. I called the FBI to ask their definition of a "homegrown terrorist." FBI's authority on domestic terrorism in the Portland, OR office said she was unfamiliar with the term. She thought a moment and suggested the Oklahoma City bombers and also eco-terrorists who sabotage logging operations and commercial developments in wilderness areas. She could think of no other examples.

"Why not call your House member and ask?" she suggested. "Maybe Congress was given information the rest of us don't have."

I called my congressman, Earl Blumenauer, D-Oregon. His staffer cited six immigrants of Yugoslav and Mid-East origin who conspired to blow up Ft. Dix in Texas and also Muslims in England, such as the Arab doctors who tried to bomb the Glasgow airport last summer.

"These aren't 'homegrown.' I objected, "They were immigrants living in the countries they attempt to sabotage."

Blumenauer's staffer couldn't think of any terrorists who were truly homegrown in the United States. He said, however, that Rep. Blumenauer voted for the bill so that those who might incite bias-motivated violence and sabotage could be studied and prevented from influencing others.

Gonzales, Mueller Identify "Homegrown Terrorists"

The closest I came to an accurate description of bona fide homegrown terrorists was from former US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and FBI director Richard Mueller.

Last year Gonzalez said seven Black Muslim jihadists, five of whom were American-born, plotted to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago and were "home-grown terrorists." Yet Gonzales also admitted these seven were only "aspirational" (wannabe terrorists). They had no ties to Al Qaeda. Five were of Haitian descent, born in the US, while two had emigrated from Haiti. The group members were poor and mostly unemployed. They frequently sat in a warehouse (secretly rented for them by the FBI) to smoke marijuana and ostensibly plan their sequel to 9/11.

For most of the year two FBI informants penetrated the group, posing as Al Qaeda contacts, and supplied them with money, cars, surveillance cameras, boots, etc. in hope of being led to other terrorist groups. That hope was not realized.

Legal defense of these indigents said they had no explosives. They merely played along with conspiratorial talk stimulated by the FBI in order to keep receiving money and benefits from what they thought was an Al Qaeda gravy train. (See, Wikipedia story of bomb plot)

On the day these "terrorists" were arrested, FBI director Mueller gave an ominous speech about "The Threat of Homegrown Terrorists." He said such individuals are "radicalized" by propaganda from "extremist" websites. Mueller frequently speaks at Anti-Defamation League conferences; he praises ADL and accepts on face value their definitions and statistics. He said there are "between 5,000 to 6,000 extremist websites on the internet, encouraging extremists to initiate their own radicalization and to cultivate relationships with other like-minded persons." Both H.R. 1955 and Mueller frequently use the word "extremist" with no attempt to describe what it means. In contrast, ADL has been very specific about who "radicalizes" the unwary. This Jewish organization says believers who evangelize Jews, and anti-Zionists of the right, are predominant extremists that America must watch. ADL claims that religious exclusivity--and the call for Jews to repent and put faith in Christ--is an anti-Semitic threat to the soul of the Jewish people!

ADL, At It Again

Of course, ADL is behind this legislative solution in search of a problem. H.R. 1955 lays on the table of federal and national discussion a new catch-phrase of hate crimes ideology. Right now, no one knows exactly who is a "homegrown terrorist." That won't last long. ADL's strategy is to create new terms and definitions that wreak havoc with Christian civilization. Like all state and federal hate bills, H.R. 1955 contains generous invitation for non-governmental "experts" on terrorism and bias-crime (read ADL) to dominate this new federal commission within Chertoff's Department of Homeland Security.

A few years from now, ADL and Jewish media will be sure everyone knows what "homegrown terrorism" means. This bill starts with anti-Zionist talk radio, but soon the names of prominent evangelicals and organizations, such as Jews for Jesus and the Southern Baptist Convention, will be added. This is because aggressive Christian-Jewish "proselytizers" strike terror in a Jewish community already reeling from massive loss of the next generation to intermarriage and assimilation. Already, ADL's Dept. of Global Anti-Semitism in the US State Department says Bible-believing Christians are anti-Semitic for alleging Jewish leaders had Christ killed 2,000 years ago – a "terrifying" accusation. (See, The Real Motive Behind the 'Department of Global Anti-Semitism') Under ADL's federal hate law in Canada, that historical assertion is now a hate crime. It can be punished by a fine of at least $5,000 and prison if repeated. Certainly, those who question the accuracy of the six-million figure of the Holocaust will be added to the list of homegrown terrorists. Ernst Zundel was one of them, deported to Germany under the charge of being a "domestic terrorist."

On the floor of the Senate last month, Sen. Kennedy said that Americans who break a federal hate law are "domestic terrorists." Would this include the 11 Christians in Philadelphia arrested as hate criminals for violating Pennsylvania's ADL hate law by witnessing to homosexuals?

This legislation's potential victims include pro-lifers who attempt to "sabotage" abortion in America and "terrorize" abortionists, nurses, and women seeking abortion. It certainly includes those who criticize the state of Israel, ideological "terrorists" who weaken our trusted ally in the war on terror. Sooner rather than later, it will include pastors who instill terror in homosexuals by describing their "alternate lifestyle" as an "abomination." (Lev. 18:22)

Today, police must wait for physical crime before arresting, indicting and punishing. But H.R. 1955 is quintessential "thought crime" legislation, meant to investigate and punish people for ideas, not actions. In Canada, internet critics of federally protected groups may be indicted for merely making statements that are "likely" to incite hatred or contempt. Canada's government can thus punish "hate crimes" before they are committed! H.R. 1955, now before the Senate, reflects the same twisted mentality. ADL wants the government to investigate, vilify, and shut down groups who have not yet committed hate crimes!

We Can Stop This Frightening Legislation

But ADL, working behind the scenes, isn't the only one with power to influence this legislation. You and millions of patriots have even greater power! Together, we can create a storm of protest and avalanche our Senators with millions of calls this week. If we do, members of the Senate (particularly Republicans) will not dare to vote for it.

Sen. Lieberman says the Senate version, S.B. 1959, will be at least another week in his Homeland Security Subcommittee.

Call your Senators immediately. Tell them, "Please don't vote for S.B. 1959. Let the FBI keep investigating real terrorist threats. Don't make politically incorrect Americans who exercise free speech on the internet into 'homegrown terrorists!'"
